Bread Baking

Now, I own a bread maker and it is easy enough to use but there is nothing like old fashioned, kneaded by your own hands bread. The results for me just come out soooo much better. And it is a simple 5 ingredient recipe:(6-61/2 c flour, 1/2c oil, 1tbs salt, 2 active yeast(i use instant) & 2 c warm water (105*-115*) In a small bowl put yeast in the water stir until dissolve and add salt and oil. In a large bowl put in 3 cups of flour (I used 3 cups whole wheat and 3 cups unbleached white) and make a well for the water mixture and start mixing together and add the rest of the flour and just roll out on a flour surface and knead for about 8 mins until the dough is super smooth-like satin- spray oil in the large bowl and place dough and spray it too (not too much just enough to coat so it won't stick) Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubles (about 45mins - but I did rapid so it was closer to 30mins) Take out of bowl, divide dough, and roll into log shapes a little bit larger than the pans (which are also sprayed)and spray top of bread loaves and let rise until double. Bake at 400* for approx 35mins or until done. And voila! Yummy bread! And you can make it while doing other chores and I always make 2 loaves at a time because everybody gobbles it right up - it is sooo simple. And it comes out perfect every single time. So enjoy the recipe and your bread.
